Diane and I returned to the cabin after conference Sunday. She wasn't feeling well so I took a walk through the new fallen snow. It was, as usual a wonderful time with nature. It is so cool to be the first to walk in an area that is blanketed white with new snow. It is as if no one has been there. How often in this busy world do we get to be first anywhere? It is so white and pure and quiet! As you can see, the snow is melting now. It keeps snowing, but the sun will soon win and the white will all be gone. That may have been our last trip with the snow mobile. Snow on the road will be melted soon and we will have to wait until it is dry enough to drive in. It has been a treat to get away to a place so close by.
